What is your Lyterati specialty?
I am passionate about promoting Lyterati’s vision to be the leading provider of solutions that enhance collaboration between academic innovators. I strive to make Lyterati a university level repository for all faculty related information so that the university can be more effective in fulfilling its academic mission.
What is the best part of working with the Lyterati team?
Their passion for creativity and their perpetual willingness to venture into new frontiers keeps me intrigued and energized.
What excites you about your work?
I am excited about the opportunity to create a new path for universities to harness their intellectual contributions in an organized manner so that they are less dependent on external agencies - like the news media and external databases - for the information they already have about their faculty and their work.
While being focused on our goals, I strive to keep a balance between productivity and employee satisfaction. Prior to founding Lyterati I was an administrator and a faculty member at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech, where I am now Professor Emeritus of Accounting and Information Systems.
Ph.D. from the University of Iowa, M.B.A. from IIM Bangalore, and B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur.
